There are lots of things I could discuss that are of recent interest. For instance we could get environmental since we just celebrated Earth Day. I thought about celebrating that by releasing the limited edition RFP shirt made of hemp fabric and hemp dye. Then I thought I would also go get a Prius (again). But I ended up just hanging out with my druid friends in the whole foods section of the grocery store. There we pondered the question of "How organic does organic need to be before we can officially call it organic"? For example if the guy who harvests it is wearing deodorant that is not from Burts Bees or Tom's of Maine, is it ok to eat it?. I then brought some historical events like the Irish Potato famine (they thought Phytopthera Infestans was a new alternative band). I also mentioned the fact that if everything were grown organically many of us on this fine planet would likely starve to death. I was finally asked to leave when I asked them if they would subscribe to my youtube channel and in return I promised to put up footage of my two cats fighting.
I could also discuss the fact that RFP was in the center of the political thriller that was Clinton vs. Obama in the battle for Pennsylvania. However I choose not to go after the low-hanging fruits. Instead let us "Fight the real Satan" as Sinead O'Conner once said on SNL before tearing up a picture of the Pope (I am still not sure why she did that, why didn't she tear up a picture of Raiders owner Al Davis?)...
Here it is:

Somebody dropped off a case of these things in the Surgical lounge the other day. Have a look at the back of one:

I feel it is pretty much socially irresponsible to even make food like this. Sure people can eat what they want but this stuff is nutritional napalm. What the hell is partially hydrogenated beef tallow? No one should eat this shit.
If you are looking for something to add to your nutrition regimen, check out Fage. It is Greek yogurt. It comes in some low fat varieties if that's your thing. It is not quite as bitter as plain yogurt and it is much higher in protein. It is great mixed with some fresh berries with a teaspoon of ground flaxseed. If you want it a little sweeter add some honey. I am sure it is available at a store near you as I can easily find it here. I am not sure if it is organic or not. It is pronounced FA-YEH.
Here is the website.
